What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in the original condition they were received in, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days but as we are a small company and make our products in small batches, fulfilment times might affect how fast products are shipped. Look out for our confirmation and shipment emails after your order is complete for more information!

Do you offer international shipping?

No, unfortunately, at this time we only ship in the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the courier’s website.

How can I exchange an item?
